The Historical Building TOBY went to Invesco and Monday Properties' 230 Park Avenue in Manhattan, which was originally developed by the New York Central Railroad as its HQ in 1928. The 1.4M SF tower is NYC's first and oldest building to achieve both Energy Star and LEED-EB Gold certifications, thanks to an eight-year, $100M renovation. Monday Properties Services is the manager.
