The winners at the Regional level have been submitted to BOMA International to compete in the BOMA International TOBY Awards which will be held in late June in Salt Lake City, Utah in conjunction with the BOMA International Conference.  P.  

International judging begins on April 15, 2019.

International judging ends on April 29, 2019.

All TOBY Nominees will be announced May 10, 2019.

TOBY Awards Banquet will be held on June 25, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the BOMA International Summer Convention.  Winners will not be announced prior to that evening.

These buildings are now situated to enter and compete for the BOMA International Awards which will be held at the BOMA International Conference being held in June in Nashville, TN.

THE OUTSTANDING BUILDING OF THE YEAR (TOBY) AWARDS were established by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, in 1985 to honor and recognize the quality in office building operations and award excellence in office building management.  The TOBY Mission: "Recognizing excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact."

 The Middle Atlantic Region, better known as MAC or the Middle Atlantic Conference, is comprised of 15 local associations with a combined membership in excess of 3500 members covering 11 states and the District of Columbia, including: Capital Region/Albany, Baltimore, Boston, Greater Buffalo, Greater Hartford, New Jersey, Central New York, Greater New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Long Island, NY, Rochester, Southern Connecticut, AOBA/BOMA Washington, D.C., Rochester and Westchester County, NY as well as members at Large. The Middle Atlantic Conference meets at the BOMA International Winter Business Meeting and the BOMA International Every Building Conference and Expo as well as holding its own annual meeting in the spring. The purpose of the annual meeting is to: create, develop and maintain cooperation among the owners of office, retail, industrial, loft and apartment buildings; promote the exchange of ideas and information; promote the general welfare of the industry; and groom the future leaders of BOMA International.
